FNIVS, RSV, ASA
The Founding Partner and holds a Bachelor of Technology Degree in Estate Management from Rivers State University of Science and Technology (1984).
Mr. Paul is a Fellow of The Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers. He is duly registered by the Estate Surveyors Registration Board of Nigeria (ESVARBON) and an Accredited Senior Appraiser of the American Society of Appraisers. He is a member of the International Real Estate Federation (FIABCI) and Institute of Directors (IoD).
He was the Former Commissioner for Works, Delta State and the Special Project Director for the construction of Asaba Airport, Delta State.

ANIVS, RSV, ASA
The Managing Partner of the rm. She holds a Bachelor's of Science Degree in Estate Management from Obafemi Awolowo University Ile Ife (1989).
She is an Associate member of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors & Valuers. She is duly registered by the Estate Surveyors Registration Board of Nigeria (ESVARBON) and an Accredited Senior Appraiser of the American Society of Appraisers
She joined Paul Osaji & Co. as the Head of Valuation Department and was later appointed as Group Head, Valuation, Advanced Valuation and Development a position she still occupies as the Managing Partner.

The Senior Partner and holds a Bachelor's of Science Degree in Estate Management from Enugu State University of Science and Technology (1997). He also holds a post graduate Diploma in Financial Management from the University of Ibadan (1999) and a Master's degree in Project Management from University of Lagos (2006).
He is a Fellow of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors & Valuers. He is duly registered by the Estate Surveyors Registration Board of Nigeria (ESVARBON) and an Accredited Senior Appraiser of the American Society of Appraisers
Mr Kevin is a member of Nigeria Institute of Management (NIM), African Real Estate Society and Nigeria Institute of Arbitrators
